2. Wash the grape leaves thoroughly and remove any stems or blemishes.

3. Layer the grape leaves in a large pot or container, alternating layers with salt and spices.

4. Add enough water to cover the grape leaves and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the grape leaves are tender.

6. Remove the pot or container from the heat and let it cool completely.

7. Transfer the grape leaves and the liquid to a clean, sterilized glass jar.

8. Add enough vinegar to cover the grape leaves and seal the jar tightly.

9. Store the pickled grape leaves in a cool, dark place for at least two weeks before eating.

Tips:

* To make sure the grape leaves are properly sterilized, you can either wash them in a solution of 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water or blanch them in boiling water for 30 seconds.

* If you want to add some extra flavor to the pickled grape leaves, you can also add some herbs, such as oregano or rosemary, to the jar.

* Pickled grape leaves are a great addition to salads, sandwiches, and other dishes.
