To make French Vanilla coffee:

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of freshly ground coffee beans

- 4 cups of cold water

- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar

- 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract

- 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon

- Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions:

1. Grind the Coffee:

- Use a burr grinder or a blade grinder to grind the coffee beans into a coarse consistency.

2. Prepare a French Press:

- Add the ground coffee to a French press.

3. Add Cold Water:

- Pour the cold water (ideally between 195°F to 205°F) into the French press. Ensure that the water level is about an inch below the rim.

4. Steep the Coffee:

- Stir gently to mix the coffee grounds with the water. Put the lid on the French press without pressing it down. Let the coffee steep for about 4 minutes.
