How to Create the Dulce de Leche Latte and Frappuccino
Dulce de leche is a sweet, decadent caramel made by reducing whole milk, sugar and vanilla to a thick caramel sauce. Dulce du Leche can be made at home or purchased from a grocery store. The franchise Starbucks has taken this sweet dessert to a new level with the introduction of the dulce du leche latte and frappuccino. While you could go to Starbucks for these sweet treats, it's easy and much cheaper to make at home with your stove and blender.
