How to Make Frozen Mixed Drinks With Lemonade Concentrate & Vodka

Having lemonade concentrate on hand makes the difference between squeezing lemons before sitting down with a cocktail and creating a frothy drink with the touch of a button. Lemonade concentrate contains ingredients including sugar water and lemon juice needed to create a vodka-lemonade frozen cocktail without the hassle of stirring up a batch of homemade lemonade first. The flavors of vodka and lemonade concentrate pair with a number of fruit juices and herbs, so you can mix and match to create an array of flavored frozen mixed drinks.

Things You'll Need

  • Blender
  • Fresh fruit (optional)
  • Fruit juice (optional)
  • Fresh herbs (optional)
  • Ice
  • Tall glass
  • Straw
  • Whip cream (optional)
  • Mint (optional)
  • Fruit slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour two parts lemonade concentrate per one part vodka into a blender. Add fresh fruit such as raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries or watermelon to vary the flavor of vodka lemonade mixed drinks. Add liquids such as ice tea, orange juice, cherry juice or cranberry juice to further differentiate the flavor. Add fresh herbs such as mint, lavender and thyme.

  2. Pour four parts ice into the blender. Place the top on the blender and blend the mixture until a slushy consistency forms. Add more ice and blend to thicken the consistency or add more lemonade concentrate or fruit juice to thin out the texture.

  3. Pour the mixture into a tall glass. Place a tall straw in the glass. Garnish frozen vodka-lemonade cocktails with whip cream, mint or fresh fruit slices.
