Forcing Carbonation Out

1. Heat Your Beer. Heat the beer to between 100 and 115☏, making sure not to exceed the boiling point of water (212☏) or you will ruin the flavor.

2. Stir Your Beer. During the heating process, you need to constantly stir your beer.

3. Place the Beer in the Fridge. Once the carbonation has been forced out, place the beer in the fridge to cool.

4. Re-Keg or Re-Bottle Your Beer. Once the beer has cooled you can re-keg or re-bottle it.

Passive Carbonation Removal:

1. Open the Beer. Open the beer bottle or can and let the beer sit out for a while, preferably overnight.

2. Swirl the Beer. Take the beer and swirl the liquid around the container.

3. Pour the Beer into a Glass Pour the beer into a glass.
