Biryani/Biryani (Hindustani pronunciation: [birjjaːniː]) is a mixed rice dish originating among the Muslims of the Indian subcontinent. It is made with Indian spices, rice, and goat, beef, chicken, prawn, egg or vegetables along with yogurt and is served hot.
