Things You'll Need
- 1 6-oz. graham cracker ready crust
- 1 8-oz. package of cream cheese (let sit out to soften prior to making pie)
- 1 14-oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 21-oz. can cherry pie filling
- Medium size mixing bowl
- Measuring spoons and cups
- Wooden spoons
- Mixer
Instructions

Sit cream cheese out at room temperature to soften. In medium-sized bowl, beat cream cheese with mixer on low to medium speed until light and fluffy.

Slowly add 1 14-oz. can of sweetened condensed milk, beating until smooth.

Stir in 1/3 cup of lemon juice, and 1 tsp. vanilla extract. Mix well.

Pour into crust and chill in refrigerator for three hours until firm. Once firm, pour one 21-oz. can of cherry pie filling on top.
