1 square bakers semi sweet chocolate substitute?
1 ounce (or about 1/4 cup) of semisweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Combine the chocolate chips, cocoa powder, sugar, and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on high for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until the chocolate chips are melted and the mixture is smooth.
Use in place of 1 square of bakers semisweet chocolate.
