How to Make Perfect Pan Cookies

Things You'll Need
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. (2 sticks) softened butter
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- Groceries
- 10-by-15-inch Jelly Roll Pans
- Large Mixing Bowls
- Mixing Spoons
Instructions

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.

Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Gradually beat in flour mixture.

Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.

Spread into greased 15-by-10-inch jelly roll pan.

Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool pan on wire rack.
