Who invented the life saver candy?
The Life Saver candy was invented by Clarence Crane in 1912. He was a pharmacist in Cleveland, Ohio, who was looking for a way to make a cough drop that would be more appealing to children. He came up with the idea of a small, round candy with a hole in the middle, which he called the "Life Saver."
