Can you make chocolate milk Popsicles?
Yes, you can make chocolate milk Popsicles. Here is a simple recipe:
Ingredients:
* 2 cups chocolate milk (using either whole, reduced-fat, low-fat, or fat-free milk)
* 1/4 cup sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
* 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 8-10 popsicle sticks
Instructions:
1. If you have a small bowl that will fit a popsicle stick in it, set it near your work station. That will help you later while you are working.
2. To a medium bowl, add the chocolate milk, sugar (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir until the sugar (if using) is fully dissolved.
3. Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds, leaving a little bit of room at the top for expansion.
4. Add a popsicle stick to each mold. Then place in the freezer. It may be easier if you place the sticks in the popsicle molds before pouring in the liquid, so that you can easily find the sticks later to set into place.
5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
6. To remove the Popsicles from the molds, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
7. Enjoy your chocolate milk Popsicles!
