Five Smoothies Recipe:
Ingredients:
* 2 cups frozen mixed fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
* 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
* 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
* 1/2 cup orange juice
* 1/4 cup honey
* 1 tablespoon chia seeds
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients.
2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
Tips:
* If you don't have any frozen mixed fruit on hand, you can use fresh fruit instead. Just be sure to freeze the fruit for at least 2 hours before using it.
* You can also add other ingredients to your smoothie, such as protein powder, nut butter, or granola.
* If you want a thinner smoothie, add more almond milk.
* If you want a thicker smoothie, add more Greek yogurt.
* If you don't have any honey on hand, you can use agave syrup or maple syrup instead.
* If you don't have any chia seeds on hand, you can omit them.
* If you don't have any vanilla extract on hand, you can omit it.
