How do you measure cake pans?

1. Place the cake pan on a flat surface.

2. Measure the diameter of the pan. This is the distance across the widest part of the pan.

3. Measure the height of the pan. This is the distance from the bottom of the pan to the rim.

* If the pan has a lip, measure from the inside edge of the lip to the inside edge of the opposite lip.
