What is used in bouquet garni?
A bouquet garni is a bundle of herbs tied together with string that is used to add flavour to soups, stews, sauces, and braises. It is traditionally made with parsley, thyme, and bay leaf, but other herbs such as rosemary, oregano, marjoram, and tarragon can also be added. The bundle is tied together so that it can be easily removed from the dish before serving.
