What is juice not from concentrate?
Not from concentrate (NFC) juices are made from 100% pure fruit/vegetable juice that has never been concentrated and then rehydrated as is done in "from concentrate" (FC) juices. NFC is simply squeezed, pasteurised and packaged to retain more of the fruit or vegetable's original properties such as flavor, color and nutrient composition without any water content removed or added. Because this process requires refrigeration throughout the supply chain to prevent spoilage of the fresh and pure juice; juice not from concentrate tends to cost slightly more but offers a healthier nutritional value due to less processing.
