How to Make Your Own Adobo Seasoning (4 Steps)
Adobo seasoning is a type of Mexican spice mixture that is usually used in southern countries. Its unique flavour has a mix of garlic and oregano taste that can blend well with different kinds of meat. While some people love to create their adobo seasoning on the spot or while cooking, it would also be nice to have a prepared mix prior to cooking your dish.
