What if the seeds of a tomato are green?
If the seeds of a tomato are green, it's completely normal!
Here's why:
* Immature Seeds: Tomato seeds start out green and gradually ripen to a light brown color. You'll typically find green seeds in unripe tomatoes, as they haven't had time to fully develop.
* Variety: Some tomato varieties naturally have green seeds even when ripe. This doesn't affect the taste or quality of the tomato.
Important Note: If you're concerned about the seeds, you can always check if the tomato itself is ripe. If the tomato is red, orange, or yellow, depending on the variety, then the seeds are likely perfectly fine even if they're green.
