What does green dough mean?
There is no such thing as "green dough" as dough should be a pale yellow if the ingredients are fresh. Any time a dough or cake batter, etc is described as green that has gone bad from yeast or eggs or some sort. Do not consume green dough or baked green dough (cakes, muffins, bread, etc.). Always throw these goods away and clean all work surfaces, utensils, mixing bowls, or equipment and surfaces to avoid making anyone with allergies sick in case their allergen comes into contact with surfaces touched by raw meat.
