How do you make a paste with cornstarch and water?

Ingredients:

- Cornstarch

- Water

Instructions:

1. In a small saucepan, combine equal parts cornstarch and water.

2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1-2 minutes, or until the mixture has thickened and become translucent.
