Can you defrost a ham cook it and then refreeze part of it?
It is not recommended to refreeze any cooked meat, including ham. Once a cooked ham has been thawed and cooked, it should be consumed within 3-4 days. Freezing and then thawing the cooked ham again will not only compromise its taste and texture but can also increase the risk of bacterial growth, making it unsafe to consume.
