Can you add water to whipping cream make milk?
Adding water to whipping cream does not produce milk. Instead, it dilutes the cream, making it thinner and altering its texture. While you can blend milk, whipping cream, and other ingredients to make a cream-based beverage, the resulting mixture is not the same as milk and might have different nutritional and taste properties.
