Is pink veal after cooking okay?
It can be, depending on the USDA safety guidelines for cooking temperatures. For veal steaks, roasts, and chops to be safe to eat, they should be cooked to at least 145°F (63°C) with a resting time of 3 minutes. Ground veal should be cooked to at least 160°F (71°C). If the internal temperature of the veal reaches these safe cooking temperatures, it should be safe to eat even if it appears pink. However, it's always better to use a food thermometer to ensure the meat has reached the proper temperature.
