How to Quick Soak Dried Beans

Things You'll Need
- Colader
- Large pot
- 10 cups of water
- 1 pound dry beans
Instructions

Place the beans in a colander and rinse them under cold water, picking through them to remove any stones or bad beans.

Pour the water into a large pot. Add the beans and place the pot on the stove over high heat.

Wait for the water to come to a full boil. Allow the beans to boil for two full minutes.

Turn the burner off and move the pot to a cool burner. Cover the pot and let it sit for 10 minutes.
