  1. Make Buddy's recipe for spaghetti and meatballs. All you need is one pound of ground beef, one half cup of dried Italian seasoned bread crumbs, one egg, one ten ounce jar of Ragu Old World Style sauce and eight ounces of cooked spaghetti noodles.

Bring the sauce to a boil. Combine and shape the mixture of ground beef and ingredients into 12 meatballs. Add the uncooked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for around twenty minutes while covered. Serve over your spaghetti noodles.

  2. Learn to create a mouthwatering basil omelet full of flavorful ingredients. You will need two large eggs, 3/4 cup chopped basil, 1/2 cup grated pecorino, one tablespoon of olive oil, one tablespoon of butter and one teaspoon of ground black pepper.

Start out by whisking the eggs in a bowl and slowly adding in the basil, pepper, salt and cheese. Heat your pan using medium heat and add the olive oil and butter. Once the substance begins to foam up all around the pan, add the eggs. Slightly turn the heat down, while gently lifting the egg so they can cook thoroughly. Slide the omelet onto a dinner plate and place the pan over the plate while carefully flipping the uncooked side of the egg face down onto the pan. Once finished, fold over and serve.

  3. Try Buddy's recipe for chocolate chip cookies as they deliciously melt in your mouth. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Whisk the cinnamon into the flour. Use a stand mixer to add the butter, sugars, salt, vanilla and baking soda. Beat the ingredients on medium until it forms a solid mass. Individually add each egg and scrape the sides as needed. Turn the mixer to low and add the cinnamon and flour. Add the chips and slightly beat on low until incorporated.

Use baking sheets to drop heaping tablespoons of the homemade chocolate chip cookie dough. Bake for approximately 13 to 15 minutes, turning the sheets half way through baking.
