Cheese is a delicious and nutritious dairy product that can be enjoyed anytime of the day. If you purchased a block of your favorite cheese, you'll probably want to slice the cheese to make sandwiches or add them to a snack platter. Whatever the reason, you probably already know that Cheese slices have a nasty habit of sticking together when stacked and kept together. There are a few methods you can apply to ensure that the cheese slices won't stick together when you store them in your fridge.
Things You'll Need
- Knife
- Tray
- Cheese paper
- Container
- Scissors

Remove the cheese from its packaging and take note of the expiration date. Slice your cheese with a knife or cheese slicer then each slice separately on a large tray or plate.

Count how many cheese slices you have then cut squares that are big enough to cover each slice from pieces of cheese paper or parchment paper based on your count.

Place one cheese paper square on a clean, dry plate. Place one slice of cheese on top of the paper square. Place a paper square on top of the cheese. Repeat this step for the other cheese slices.

Place the cheese slices in a dry container. Write the expiration date of the cheese on a sticker and stick it on the container. Store your cheese slices in the fridge.
