How do you fry liver and onions?

Ingredients:

- 1 pound of beef liver, cut into thin strips

- 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour

- 1/4 teaspoon of salt

- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 2 onions, sliced

- 1/4 cup of water

- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

1. Combine the liver, flour, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

3. Add the liver and cook for 5 minutes, or until browned on all sides.

4. Remove the liver from the skillet.

5. Add the onions to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes or until softened.

6. Add the liver, water, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet and bring to a simmer.

7. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the liver is tender.

8. Serve immediately.

Tips:

- To prevent the liver from overcooking, slice it thinly and cook it quickly over high heat.

- To add more flavor to the liver, marinate it in milk for 30 minutes before cooking.

- Serve the liver with mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta.
