To make hard marshmallows, you will need:

1. Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring the water, granulated sugar, and corn syrup to a boil. Stir occasionally to prevent the mixture from burning.

3. Reduce the heat to low and add the unflavored gelatin and salt. Stir until the gelatin and salt have completely dissolved.

4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.
