Ideas for Marzipan Figures
Marzipan is a thick, moldable sweet paste made of ground almonds, egg whites or yolks, and sugar. It is used to create small candies or as part of a cake (between the layers or as icing).You can shape marzipan many ways (such as fruits or vegetables), but if you are willing to spend some time, you can mold figures. Model the figures from a drawing or photograph to make them more lifelike.
