How to Bake a Thin Beef Steak (3 Steps)
Beef steaks have a natural buttery, slightly garlic flavor making them perfect for a tasty lunch or dinner. Thick steaks look appealing but they take longer to cook than thinner cuts. For a quick, no-fuss dinner, bake your steaks in the oven. Since these cuts are typically leaner than regular steaks you won't need to marinade them for longer than 15 minutes. Thin steaks are less expensive than thicker ones. Save money and get a fast meal with thin, delicious steaks.
Things You'll Need
- 1 cup of steak marinade
- Shallow baking dish
- Plastic wrap
- Baking sheet
- Cooking spray
- Aluminum foil

Cook the meat for 4 to 5 minutes. Turn the meat and bake the opposite side of the steak for another 2 to 3 minutes. Baste the steak after turning to keep the thin cut moist.
