How to Make Pancakes With 7UP
Everyone loves these fluffy breakfast creations crowned with syrup, butter, berries, peanut butter or loads of other toppings, but pancakes with 7-Up are lesser known than their buttermilk counterparts. Add the fizzy lemon-lime drink and create a lighter version of this favorite food. Serve these pancakes with some scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage for a complete meal. If you wish to go a little healthier, substitute the fatty sides with some fresh fruit such as cantaloupe, banana or strawberries.
