The little white spot in an egg is called the germinal disc.
It's a small, whitish, slightly raised area on the yolk, and it contains the genetic material of the egg. If the egg is fertilized, the embryo will develop from this spot. If the egg is not fertilized, the germinal disc remains inactive.
