What are seed vegetables?
There's no such thing as a "seed vegetable"! It's a bit of a trick question.
Here's why:
* Vegetables are the edible parts of plants. These parts can be roots, stems, leaves, flowers, or fruits.
* Seeds are the part of a plant that contains the potential for a new plant. They are what we use to grow new vegetables.
So, while we *use* seeds to grow vegetables, the seeds themselves aren't vegetables.
Here's an example:
* Vegetable: Carrot
* Seed: Carrot seed
The carrot seed is what we plant to grow a carrot. The carrot root is the vegetable we eat.
