How do make a coconut tree?

* A brown paper bag

* Green construction paper

* Brown construction paper

* Glue

* Scissors

* A pencil

* A ruler

Instructions:

1. Cut out a rectangle from the brown paper bag that is approximately 12 inches long and 8 inches wide. This will be the trunk of the coconut tree.

2. Cut out four long, thin strips of green construction paper. These will be the leaves of the coconut tree.

3. Glue the four green strips of paper to the top of the brown paper bag trunk, spacing them evenly apart.

4. Cut out a small circle from the brown construction paper. This will be the coconut.

5. Glue the coconut to the top of the trunk, directly above the leaves.

6. Use the pencil and ruler to draw a curved line from the top of the coconut to the bottom of the trunk. This will be the stem of the coconut.

7. Cut out the coconut tree along the curved line.

8. Your coconut tree is now complete! You can add additional decorations, such as glitter or flowers, if desired.
