How do you cook tender kale greens?
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of kale greens
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Wash the kale greens thoroughly.
2. Remove the stems from the leaves.
3. Chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
4. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
5. Add the kale greens to the pan and sauté until they are tender and wilted, about 5 minutes.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve immediately.
