Things You'll Need
- 3 lbs. fresh tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Stockpot
- Strainer
- Large bowl
- 2 tbsp. fresh basil
- 1 tbsp. onion powder

Combine 3 lbs. fresh tomatoes and 1 cup chicken broth in a stockpot over medium heat. Boil for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
