How to Make Chili Cheese Dip (8 Steps)
I will tell you how to make a chili cheese dip that everyone will love. This recipe will make a great addition to any party.
Things You'll Need
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 pkg chili seasoning
- 1 lb cheese spread
- 1-16 oz can refried beans
- 1-16 oz jar of Salsa
- 1 Small onion (chopped)
- Skillet
- Knife
- Spoon
- Strainer
- Medium microwave safe bowl
- Stove
- Microwave
How to make chili cheese dip

Begin by gathering everything needed.

Place the ground beef in the skillet and break into small pieces.

Add chili seasoning mix and turn heat to medium high.

Add the chopped onion and cook until beef is well browned when you begin to see grease in the skillet.

Cut the cheese spread (if you chose a block of cheese) into cubes and place in microwave safe bowl. Place in microwave and melt cheese, about 6 minutes on 80 percent power. Remove cheese and add refried beans and salsa. Stir to mix well.

Remove from heat once the meet is brown, turn off burner and drain beef. Rinse beef to make sure all the grease is removed from it. Let water drain and then add to cheese mixture. Stir to combine all ingredients.

Place mixture back in microwave and turn on for approximately 4 minutes on high setting. Remove and stir mixture. If it doesn’t feel hot in the middle, microwave until all mixture is hot.

Remove from microwave and place in serving dish.
