How long will cooked menudo last in the refrigerator?

Properly stored, cooked menudo will last for 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator. To further extend the shelf life of cooked menudo, freeze it; frozen cooked menudo will keep for up to 4 months. When ready to use, thaw the menudo overnight in the refrigerator or under cold running water. Be sure to reheat the menudo to an internal temperature of 165ºF before serving.
