How to Roast Garlic and Onions (6 Steps)
Garlic and onions are staples in the culinary world. They are used to flavor anything from sauces to soups to salads. Roasted garlic and onions can be used to add distinct flavors to foods. Often these items are called for in a recipe preroasted. When roasting garlic and onions it is important to use a good olive oil (preferably extra virgin olive oil) and follow instructions carefully for the best-tasting results. Use as many garlic cloves and onions as you need in order to fill your recipe's requirements.
