Who invented Kraft dinner?

Kraft Dinner was created by Canadian inventor James Lewis Kraft. Kraft was born in Stevensville, Ontario, in 1874. He began his career in the food industry in the 1890s, working for a cheese company. In 1903, he founded his own company, the J.L. Kraft & Bros. Company.

In 1916, Kraft developed a process for making a shelf-stable cheese product that could be easily shipped and stored. He called this product "Kraft Dinner." The product was a success, and it soon became a popular staple in Canadian households.

In 1928, Kraft sold his company to the National Dairy Products Corporation. The company continued to produce Kraft Dinner, and it eventually became one of the most popular macaroni and cheese products in the world.

Kraft died in 1953. He is considered to be one of the most influential figures in the food industry. His innovations helped to make food more convenient and affordable for people around the world.
