How to Make Hawaiian Gon Lo Mein

Gon lo mein, a noodle dish served frequently in Hawaii, takes little time to make and produces large servings. Oyster sauce, mushrooms, green onion and other vegetables combine with lo mein noodles and char siu (Chinese barbecued meat, usually pork) to make an Asian-inspired meal.
