Is wax paper and frosted glass translucent?
Wax paper and frosted glass are both translucent materials. Translucent materials allow light to pass through them, but they diffuse the light so that objects cannot be seen clearly through them. Wax paper is made from paper that has been coated with wax, and frosted glass is made from glass that has been etched or sandblasted to create a rough surface. Both of these materials scatter light in all directions, so that objects appear blurry when seen through them.
