What you call people who work in the winery?
A person who works in a winery is called a winemaker. They are responsible for the entire winemaking process, from grape selection and harvesting to fermentation, aging, and bottling. Winemakers must have a deep understanding of viticulture (the cultivation of grapes) and oenology (the science and art of winemaking). They also need to have a good palate and a strong sense of smell in order to assess the quality of grapes and wine.
