What wine is opened with a sword?
The wine opened with a sword is Sekt, a sparkling wine from Germany.
Specifically, it's the Bocksbeutel style of Sekt, which is bottled in a unique, bulbous bottle that's almost impossible to open with a traditional corkscrew. To overcome this, a special sword-like tool is used to pierce the bottle's cork and then cut the neck of the bottle, allowing the wine to be poured.
While not exactly a "sword," the tool is quite distinctive and resembles a short, blunt sword.
