Do you chill red wine after opening?
Red wine should not be chilled after opening. In fact, it should be stored at a temperature of around 55 to 65° Fahrenheit (13 to 18° Celsius). This will help to preserve the wine's flavor and aroma. If red wine is chilled, the tannins will become more pronounced and the wine will taste more astringent.
