How do you make strawberry brandy from vodka?
Ingredients
* 1 quart fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
* 2 cups sugar
* 2 cups vodka
Instructions
1. In a large jar or container, combine the strawberries, sugar, and vodka.
2. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
3. Cover the jar and let it sit in a cool, dark place for 2-3 weeks, stirring occasionally.
4. After 2-3 weeks, strain the mixture through a cheesecloth-lined colander.
5. Discard the solids.
6. Bottle the strawberry brandy and enjoy!
Tips
* For a sweeter brandy, use more sugar.
* For a stronger brandy, use less vodka.
