How long does a 2kg crab take to cook?
There is no such thing as a 2kg crab. The largest crab species, the Japanese spider crab, can weigh up to 19kg, but the average weight of a crab is closer to 1kg.
The cooking time for a crab depends on its size and the cooking method. For example, a 1kg crab cooked in boiling water will take about 10 minutes, while a 2kg crab cooked in the oven will take around 20 minutes.
