What is the ingredients for anchovies?
Ingredients:
* 1 pound fresh anchovies, cleaned and filleted
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the anchovies, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
3. When ready to serve, sprinkle the anchovies with parsley and serve.
Tips:
* Anchovies can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
* Anchovies are a great addition to salads, pasta dishes, and pizzas.
* If you don't have fresh anchovies, you can use canned anchovies. Just drain the anchovies and pat them dry before using.
