How to Make BBQ chicken wings (3 Steps)
This is such an easy recipe. These wings are so good you won't stop at one or two or three!
Things You'll Need
- 2 Lbs of wings
- 1 TB of BBQ sauce
- 1/4 Tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- juice of one lime
- 1 lemon
Instructions

Wash your chicken and pat dry. You want the chicken to be very dry because you don't want them to stick to the grill. Now add to a large bowl. Now squeeze entire lemon onto each wing and Add in thyme and toss to coat.

Take each wing and place onto a cookie sheet. In a bowl combine Cayenne pepper, BBQ sauce, lime and vinegar. Stir to mix well. Brush on chicken and place in a sealed container in the frig. The chicken should marinate for about 20-30 minutes.

Fire up the grill until the coals turn grey. Rearrange the coals a bit so one side of the grill is hotter. Begin to sear the wings then move them to the other side of the grill and cook for about 15 minutes.
