Does riboflavin add flavor to many types of food?
Riboflavin, also known as Vitamin B2, is not known for adding flavor to food. It's a nutrient that plays a role in energy production, cell growth, and other bodily functions.
While it does have a slightly bitter taste, the amount present in food is generally too small to be noticeable. Its primary role is nutritional, not culinary.
So, while riboflavin may be important for a healthy diet, it's unlikely to have a significant impact on the taste of your food.
