Who invented hot wings?

The Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York is widely credited with the invention of hot wings. In 1964, Teressa Bellissimo, the owner of the bar, accidentally created hot wings when she cooked chicken wings in Frank's RedHot sauce. Her son Dominic then convinced her to add them to the menu, and they quickly became a popular dish.
